Ok, so I am going to run down who I've heard from...  Denise, Erika, John, Micheala, Ronda, Sonya, Stacey and a new challenger...  MissyBee!! 

So, why haven't I heard from you??    You can start anytime you want, you can pledge to loose weight, kick it up with your exercise, (example of those pledges:  "3 Y classes a week, or "to do something to make me tired everyday) OR you can pledge to loose inches. 

Just please think about joining the challenge, and if you have joined and don't see your name on the above list, please, please 1st accept my apologies, and 2nd please please post your goals again or PM me! 

These challenges are open to all, pre and post, those still loosing or those maintaining..  It is a just a way for us to support each other in our battle!

I forgot to add my total for May
Can I try this time? I am 153 lbs ans\d I am trying to wlak 3 miles a day so I can walk in the walk in September. So pray for me to hold out and to work hard.
